You will be advised of the above requirements and a quotation will be emailed.
\nOnce received with proof of payment, immediately your 4 company names will be lodged for reservation. It is important that spelling and preference is all correct as we are not liable for any correction after lodged. The results of the name reservation generally take between 2-3 working days.
\nIn the interim, the existing shelf company will be filed for transfer over to the new directors. this process generally takes 24-48 hours. You will receive an SMS notifying the company is successfully transferred.
\nOnce your company name is approved you will be advised of the actual name approved. Upon acceptance, your company name will be changed the same day
\nWe will then receive your electronic company registration documentation from the registrar of companies, thereafter we will convert them into PDF format which you will receive by email for printing.<\/p>\n
What is an off-the-shelf company?<\/p>\n
An off-the-shelf company is a limited company pre-registered at Companies House, but has never traded, and is ready to be used immediately. Formations Direct offers a large selection of off-the-shelf companies (ready-made limited companies). The company can then be sold to a person or group of people who wish to start a company without going through all the procedures of creating a new one.<\/p>\n
